Oh my!! This is the progress that makes my heart happy!! She’s going to be so cute when we’re done. Next stop kitchen and floors!! We will hopefully be on the market by the end of the month for anyone with clients looking to live close to the universities in Denton!

The best part of this job is getting to help wonderful clients accomplish their dreams! I couldn't be more thrilled for these first time home owners. They truly made my job so easy. After waiting what seemed like forever, they finally got to close on their beautiful new build and now get to enjoy making it their family home!

Feels so good to be back to business after a 6 week hiatus to help my family. It's been a busy week so far. Started off strong Monday morning with a blue tape walk through for one of my clients on their beautiful new build.
Yesterday we executed a contract on this townhome for my wonderful new clients that we're looking to add to their rental portfolio. This transaction is going to be contract to close in less than 72 hours! Making things happen this week!!
Tomorrow the fun continues and I'm finally going to get back into the action on my current flip projects so stay tuned for the updates on those!!

We officially closed on a new house yesterday…. and this time it came this way. It’s not my fault! I suppose we will get to skip most of the demo which is probably a good thing since I am still tearing up the other one. Certainly going to have my hands full this summer!
