Rockin Rodeo was opened in Denton, Texas in 2002 by the Graham Brothers Company. After never really connecting with the Denton crowds, the club was sold to Groovy, Inc. Hard to believe how many years it’s been since the Rockin’ Rodeo days.

Running that place for all those years was like getting a PhD in human behavior.

Thousands of people came through those doors.

Great nights.
Wild nights.
Some nights I probably shouldn’t remember.

But what I remember most are the people.

The friendships.
The employees.
The regulars who felt like family.

Life has taken me down a different path these days.

Instead of running bars and restaurants, I now spend my time helping people with their financial lives as a financial advisor.

Funny how life works.

But I’ll always be grateful for what we built together back then.

So I’m curious…

OH NO....I was told yesterday that blue red bull is being discontinued. What in the blue hell is happening. I mean...how many blue ducks and blue Vegas bombs did we consume at Rodeo? So....pour one out for your blue homies this holiday season. Sad day indeed. Probably amazing it lasted this long without us. Sorry Red Bull .
