Today we’re celebrating Joseph! 🇺🇸✈️

For the past year, Joseph has been an important part of the ITP team, bringing his positive attitude, hard work, and great energy every day. While we’re sad to see him go, we couldn’t be more proud of him as he heads off to Officer Training School with the U.S. Air Force!

We’ll miss having you around, Joseph, but we’re excited to see all that you accomplish. Congratulations and best of luck on this next chapter! 🇺🇸👏

Last week was Olivia’s last day with In The Pattern! ✈️

Olivia has been such an important part of our team, handling everything from scheduling and dispatching to tours and so much more. We’re incredibly grateful for all the hard work, dedication, and care she’s brought to In The Pattern.

We’re sad to see her go, but so excited to see what’s next for her! Congratulations, Olivia, and best of luck in your next opportunity! ❤️✈️

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the courage of the first responders, military members, and countless individuals who answered the call in the face of unimaginable tragedy.
As aviators, this day holds a special significance. It reminds us that aviation is more than airplanes—it is built on trust, responsibility, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to safety.
At In The Pattern, we are grateful for the freedom to fly and for those who continue to protect our skies every day. We also remember the resilience of our nation and how the aviation community came together in the days, months, and years that followed.
Today, we remember.
We honor.
We will never forget.
Never.
