The ideal candidate will be self motivated, reliable and has a go get 'em attitude!

8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
Weekends and evenings off (overtime may be necessary during peak seasons).

Medical, Dental and Vision benefits available

$15-$20/ hour depending on experience.

The Groggy Dog Outside Sales Representative will oversee and execute all aspects of the sales cycle. Manage ongoing sales pipeline to ensure goals and objectives are being met. They are responsible for developing, expanding, and coordinating new and existing business accounts. They will provide a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to customers, ensuring the customer's needs are identified, met, and in line with agreed service standards. It's very important that the person in this position is personable, outgoing, and a highly motivated self-starter with great organization and customer service skills. Groggy Dog is a major player in the education market and specializes in medium to large company orders. The person in this position will be responsible for calling on schools and businesses within the Lewisville, Carrollton/Farmers Branch and Grapevine/Colleyville School Districts. They will office out of our store located in Lewisville.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Develop and qualify leads
• Conduct phone prospecting
• Set up appointments
• Physically call on potential and existing customers to determine needs and increase sales
• Prepare and present sales quotes to current customers and prospective customers
• Close deals
• Achieve monthly sales quota
• Display accountability along with desire for personal growth and ownership
• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer customer phone calls within 2 hours of receipt
• Answer customer emails within 4 hours of receipt
• Handle various account information, ensuring confidentiality of customer
• Ensure all customer issues are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Ability to create own route and schedule
• Professionally represent the Groggy Dog brand
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
• Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of education and sales experience will be considered
• Two or more years of sales experience with proven track record of growing sales
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• People-oriented, sales driven and a team player
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self motivated
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 60 lbs
• Experience working for screen printing or a promotional products business is a plus

The City of Denton Animal Shelter/Linda McNatt Animal Care & Adoption Center is at CAPACITY and will be running adoption specials the week before the 4th of July. Adoptions are subsidized by DASF.

Monday, June 27th – Tuesday June 28th – $30 - half price for dogs and cats
Wednesday June 29th – Thursday June 30th – $10 adoptions for dogs and cats
July 1st Friday – Free Adoption
July 2nd Saturday – Free Adoption
