Ironroot Republic Distillery

Our latest release took a village. The Ironroot Republic x Luciano Ci**rs x Industrial Cigar Co. bourbon was crafted to be enjoyed with friends, just like how it was made.

Jonathan and Luciano spent the last 18 months building a whiskey and cigar, side by side, that seamlessly harmonized. The whiskey is a rich, custom blend of 8 and 9-year-old wheated bourbon, high‑rye bourbon, and heirloom corn bourbon finished in Sauternes, Pineau des Charentes, and Rivesaltes barrels. The resulting liquid elevates every note of the cigar effortlessly.

This is a limited release y'all! Only 300 bottles will be available at the distillery starting at 10am on June 20. Any remaining bottles will sell on our website the following Monday June 22 at 10am. A handful will also land at Bethany Liquor (Allen, TX) in the coming weeks.

A big thanks to the lovely folks at Industrial Cigar Co. for bringing everyone together. Without their tireless efforts, this pairing would have never seen the light of day. Thanks for bringing out the best in us!

We’re happy to announce Ironroot Republic Distillery from Denison, Texas, is joining Brewzle Fest 2026.

Ironroot Republic Distilling is a family-owned craft distillery based in Denison, Texas. The distillery blends traditional techniques with innovative approaches inspired by French brandy-making, creating complex, award-winning spirits. Their use of heirloom grains and a unique terroir-driven philosophy highlights the influence of the North Texas climate on maturation. From bold bourbons to distinctive corn whiskies, Ironroot Republic emphasizes quality, experimentation, and authenticity.

Representing the distillery at Brewzle Fest will be President Robert Likarish and Master Distiller and Blender Jonathan Likarish.

Don't mind us... we're just showing off the Green Oaxacan corn set to get distilled into bourbon for the third time! It's one of the few spicy corns — which also offers beautiful sweet notes — that can really stand on its own two feet. The flavor's so popular within our single barrel program, we just keep coming back to it!

After co-founding Saints Alley and working with us on blending for the better part of a decade, we're absolutely THRILLLLLLLED to announce Chris Treviño — the LiquorHound himself — has been officially named Ironroot’s Master Taster! We truly couldn't do it without this guy!

Our new duds are officially here! Let's get into it...

LOGO 🥃 We wanted our new logo to reflect the process and place we're from. The thumbprint represents our commitment to élevage where we guide each barrel through its aging journey. The roots are a nod to the special connection between Denison and Cognac, T.V. Munson's "iron roots," and our early training by master Cognac distiller Hubert Germain-Robin.

BOTTLE + LABEL 🥃 We wanted our new look to better reflect the quality of the product in the bottle. We pride ourselves on our whiskey, so why not make sure the carrier of this precious elixir is as fine as the liquid inside.
