I’m Judy — the owner and artist behind Monarca Cosmetic & Medical Tattoo.

Monarca was created as a calm, private studio rooted in intention, care, and healing. I specialize in cosmetic, restorative, and fine-line tattooing, offering services designed to support confidence and self-expression — especially for those on a healing journey.

I’m also a mom, and when I’m not creating art, you’ll often find me outdoors. Nature inspires my work, grounds my spirit, and reminds me that healing and beauty exist all around us.

Here you’ll see a blend of my art, my services, and moments of nature — because nature is also art, and nature is also healing.

What is an ar**la and ni**le restoration tattoo? An ar**la and ni**le restoration tattoo is a less invasive medical tattoo procedure that uses customized pigments to create the appearance of a 3D realistic ar**la.

“How does medical insurance work?”

The same way it does when your Medical Provider gives you a referral to be seen in a specialty facility. ♡

1. When you first call us, we will take your information and email you a HIPAA link to get the process started.

2. Next, we will schedule an in-person consultation to determine eligibility for the procedure and design a custom treatment plan. Please note that during this consultation, photographs of the treatment area will be taken for documentation purposes. These photographs will not be posted and will be kept in your file.

3. You will then be communicating with our Medical Tattoo Billing Service.

4. Once everything goes through and is approved, we can schedule your 1st appointment. ♡

What is Medical Scar Camouflage? It is a non-invasive tattoo procedure, where pigments are mixed and customized to closely match the skin tone, blending and disguising scars to reduce their appearance, following surgeries, injuries, burns, and skin irregularities. ♡

Scar Camouflage may be covered by Medical Insurance. ♡
