So I saw this today. This is why FARM land is selling for almost as much as a subdivision parcel of property. This was hundreds of acres of FARM LAND sold to a solar farm. Stop it!!!

Would anyone be interested in doing a some sort of haunted forest, and the donations goto to vets.
We have 13 acres of wooded area, we'd need some food trucks to come up, and ppl to help prep and participate in the fun.
We would like to make a haunted forest walk.
We would need volunteers to help prep the walk path, and volunteers to help create and maintain/man those locations in the woods during that time of year; as well as group leaders to help walk the path.
Majority of proceeds goto vets!!!!

So we just called “Lap of Love” since we have an elderly dog.
They are a veterinary hospice and in home Euthanasia mobile “vet”.
They charge $500 for an in-home assessment. I’m a small business owner as well. I’d never charge 3 times more than a vet to do what you ask me to do, or even a mechanic, yes I do that as well.
Greed has consumed this world. A friend of mine was quoted $3,500 to take down a tree. Utility company said they will disconnect the power lines and reconnect during normal business hour for free. And it’ll cost him $400 to buy a chainsaw big enough to do it.
What has this world become??
Does everyone want to retire off of 1 job?
How about we wind the clocks back about 150 years and we help our fellow man, expect nothing in return and be grateful when they repay us with help or products from their land.
So that said, $500 for an “in home” assessment is ridiculous, when a vet clinic charges less for an assessment and the final outcome.
