Nothing says it better than the people who've experienced it.

We're so grateful for every kind word shared about hosting events at The Hub. Whether it's a birthday, workshop, meeting, fundraiser, or celebration, our goal is always to create a welcoming space where people can gather, connect, and make lasting memories.

Thank you for the five-star reviews and for making The Hub part of your special moments.

Connection, confidence, and community.

This fall, the Young Adult Social Club is bringing even more opportunities for young adults to build friendships, strengthen social skills, and gain confidence through fun, supportive experiences in the community.

Whether it's trying something new, connecting with peers, or practicing real-world life skills, every event is designed to help participants grow while having a great time.

Registration is open for events through the end of the year: https://findspaceofmind.com/young-adult-social-club/

We’ve spent more than twenty years helping young people succeed in school. But over and over, families asked us the same question: “What happens after graduation?”

One year ago, Launch Pad, our Delray Beach-based residential program for building independence, became our answer. In June, we celebrated our first anniversary - and what a year it’s been!

Over the past twelve months, we’ve watched young adults cook their first meals, manage their own budgets, land jobs and internships, enroll in college and trade school, build meaningful friendships, discover career paths they never imagined and begin believing in themselves in ways they hadn’t before.
These are the life-changing moments that happen when young adults are given the space, support and confidence to discover what they’re capable of.

A year ago, William and Andrew took a leap of faith before Launch Pad had a track record. One year later, William has transformed his health, learned to manage every aspect of daily living, become a volunteer in the community and built a life that feels increasingly independent. Andrew explored several career paths before following a passion for welding, where he’s now building both technical skills and something even more valuable: confidence in his future.

These stories are why Launch Pad exists. Here’s to one amazing year and to many more lives changed.

Throwing it back to one of our favorite episodes of Heard Mentality featuring Chef Michael Salmon of FlyBird Chargrilled Chicken. From cooking for icons like Jackie O and Uma Thurman to competing on Food Network and championing seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine, his culinary journey is one worth revisiting.

Each day brings new recipes, new techniques, and new opportunities for our culinary campers to challenge themselves.

As they cook alongside their peers, they’re building confidence, practicing teamwork, and discovering a lifelong skill they’ll carry far beyond the summer.
