This Memorial Day, we’re tackling the Murph Challenge to thank our fallen soldiers for their service and honor their ultimate sacrifice.

If you thought Murph couldn’t get any more intense, watch as breaks down how to scale and optimize the entire workout using TRX equipment and the TRX x .gear Weight Vest! 🙂‍↕️

100 Pull-ups: Switch out regular pull-ups for the TRX Pull-It. It gives you a neutral grip that allows your hands to move naturally in space, letting you use your legs for assistance if you’re managing a shoulder tweak OR you can overshorten your Suspension Trainer

200 Push-ups: Scale your 200 push-ups with a TRX Chest Press. It demands elite core stabilization and high-volume upper body strength without overloading the joints. Modify the level of difficultly by moving further or closer to the anchor point!

300 Squats: Keep your movement precise and stable. Grab a YBell or stick to bodyweight squats with full, controlled range of motion.
