We are in need of an Insulation Superintendent!! This person will ensure that projects are delivered successfully and on time. Collaborate with office personnel and contractors to define projects needs and oversee jobs from planning to completion. Duties will include budgeting percentages, ensure employees safety at the construction sites and be able to communicate with external partners such as vendors and subcontractors if needed.
A superintendent for an insulation company needs to be knowledgeable with all our materials and applications, also be able to correct mistakes on the spot and not to be afraid to getting dirty.
This person needs to be humble and reflect confidence to our employees.

An overall Superintendent position will require:

*Keeping track of project progress ensuring compliance with safety health and quality standards.
*Ordering materials for all projects.
*Schedule personal on the daily basis.
*Be able to recognize changes from the prints and the job sites.
*Be able to communicate with all our personal and listen to their need (if any).
*Present himself in a professional way to our customers and personnel
*Good physical condition to be able to endure long days and be able to work weekends (if needed)
*Have his affairs in order, because missing work will be unacceptable.
*Good driving record
*No criminal record
*Needs to pass different background checks depends on projects, such as schoolboard.
*Be able to understand and use a computer (basic computer skills)

Compensation will depend on experience

-Responsible, honest and punctual
-Clean driving record and pass insurance driving check
-This company is a drug free place so a random drug and alcohol test will be performed
-Hours are currently 6AM - 2:30PM with some opportunities for overtime
-Driving a Box Truck or Van is required
-Area of service is All of South and Central Florida
-Required to pull orders correctly and accurately from our warehouse
-Required to clean truck, van, and company grounds frequently
-Smart phone required for payroll

Position:
Mechanical Insulators are responsible for installing and replacing pipe and duct insulation and materials at a variety of job sites in the Stuart and Orlando areas.
No experience, no worries….we train the unskilled.

Our insulators must have the ability/willingness to travel, work in hot industrial or commercial environments, operate in confined areas for extended periods of time, and be able to work at heights. Trinity Insulators will report to their field supervisors for assignments while also being able to accomplish projects without constant or any direction. Insulators must always work to maintain a safe work environment-adhering to OSHA and company standards. They are also responsible for ensuring there is sufficient and appropriate material and equipment to adequately complete the insulation project. Trinity Insulators are expected to continue building strong customer relationships and offer great customer service as we have for the last thirty-years.

Key Requirements:
• Must be legal to work in the United States throughout employment
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Must have reliable means of communication (i.e. cellphone)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in general construction or insulation
• Requires physical endurance; heavy lifting, standing, walking and the ability to load and unload materials
• Ability to determine the amount, types, and method of insulation needed
• Experience in measuring and cutting insulation
• Steel toe boots

Responsibilities:
• Drive to and from the job site and unload insulation materials and equipment
• Stage materials in proper site areas
• Fit and shape insulating materials
• Apply insulating materials and surface claddings and coating to pipes, vessels, tanks, ductwork, and associated equipment
• Cover seal or finish insulated surfaces or access holes with plastic covers, canvas strips, sealants, tape, cement, or asphalt mastic
• Use tools to install insulation such as pin snips, cutting shears, knives, channel locks, etc.
• Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following safety codes

Position:
Field Forces Superintendent shall oversees the construction activities that take place on multiple constructions worksites from West Palm Beach to Daytona and as far west as Okeechobee County, Florida.

Our Supervisors dedicated to the Stuart, Florida area must have the ability to plan, organize coordinate, and direct multiple construction projects simultaneously. Trinity Supervisors are responsible for supervising the contractors and staff while maintaining a safe work environment-adhering to OSHA Standards. They are responsible for the projects from beginning to end, including staffing, budgets, maintaining policies, ensuring site safety, and maintaining a set schedule. Supervisors are expected to continue building strong customer relationships and offer great customer service as we have for the last thirty-years.

Key Requirements:
• Must be legal to work in the United States throughout employment.
• Ability to read and understand, blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in general construction
• Requires physical endurance; heavy lifting, standing, walking and the ability to load and unload materials
• Experience in supervising commercial construction projects
• The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary
• Flexibility and maintain an open availability to meet project deadlines
• Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
• Skills in onboarding, and training new employees
• Supervise Crews up 10-50
• Ensure Material Orders are Correct
• Computer (Word, Excel, Payroll Systems, and Access, CAD etc.)
