Main Street Acquisition Support Grant:

Funding for Commercial Property Purchases
Small businesses in New Jersey can soon apply for the Main Street Acquisition Support Grant. This pilot program offers reimbursement of closing costs up to $50,000 for eligible small businesses that have purchased commercial properties for their operations. Applicants must meet specific criteria, including being in substantial-good standing with NJ State departments and occupying at least 1,000 square feet of the purchased property.

Applications will open on October 1, 2024, and will be reviewed on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted. An information session will be held via Zoom on September 30, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Free registration is required.
