Welcome! Jason has been rolling sushi for years and I’ve been doing it with him for 2 years as well. Starting out small and we will be offering the California roll as well as a crab roll in spicy and regular. Each platter will have 9 full rolls and cut into 68-72 pieces. Think graduation parties, showers etc. We would like two days advance notice and scheduling ahead is even better! You can modify these rolls but the California roll contains the following: rice, crab, avacado, cream cheese and cucumber. Drizzled with yum yum sauce. Served with wasabi on the side

Crab rolls contain: crab, celery, yum-yum sauce, red onion, cucumber, bell pepper.
We can make it spicy with Sriracha Mayo and finely diced jalapeño.

We can also color the rice. Blue and gold for a Michigan or blue jay party? Pastels for Easter? Red for spicy, blue for mild? Let’s get creative!

Each tray is $50 and includes a reusable tray.
