Establish Your Home.

Today we worked hard and efficiently. We had 3 residential homes and hour drive and an air bnb turnover. All completed before 3pm. I dont know how but we got it done.

Well you guys know I'm not very good at being still so today was Laundry, scheduling, invoicing, my own dishes, communicating with air bnb owners to be sure we are all on same page, clean out car, set bags up for tomorrow, argued with the cats, caught up with the nonprofit team members (we have our first build coming up so soon🥳), shop around to find the best deals on a few supplies, write out employee schedules, talking to new hire about a few details, took out and set up trash and recycling for pick up tomorrow, sorted a few supplies for which air bnb they need to go to, oh and picked up an extra job for Wednesday that could lead to additional jobs in the future. So happy to have had a day to work on these things. ☺️

Good Monday morning. This week's schedule has us at 7 residential cleans, 6 air bnb cleans, 3 office cleans, and 1 interview. Today I'm at home but not really off. Today allows me to get air bnb laundry done, supplies readied, invoices sent, and to catch up on my emails. Let prepare today so we can conquer the week.

Last week really was a figure it out, roll with the punches, hold on for dear life week. Saturday my plan was air bnb then my parents for early Father's Day. I was 1 street away from the air bnb with a 10am check out when I received this.

I rearranged my day and got it done but when I tell you full panic set in......

Can you see the trash can on the other side of the toilet??? Me either and thats the reason I'll be awake all night worrying because for the life of me I cant remember if I emptied that 1 specific trash can.... 🤦‍♀️

It is 1030 pm and I am just now getting home to stay. Being a business owner, cleaner, and mom all on the same day can be rough but some how I get it done.
