To Life! is so excited to host an info table today at the Health and Fitness Expo at The Armory at Russell Sage College. The Expo precedes Albany's annual premier running event, the 48th Delightful Run for Women! 🩷

We're looking forward to sharing info about what we do, the people we serve and how we uplift and support those dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis in the Capital Region. It’s going to be an inspiring day filled with energy, community, and support.

We are excited to announce a wonderful collaboration with the Daughters of Penelope - Alope Chapter 158!

Join in a fun and energizing exercise and dance program featuring traditional and contemporary Greek music. This program is designed to bring our community together through movement, music, wellness, and culture.

Weekly classes at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church Hall.

A portion of participant ticket sales will be donated to To Life!
