Another picture out of my history attic.

This is a rare picture inside William I. Hudson's meat market and grocery store. Located in the old Coulbourn Hall it had just gotten refrigeration installed for the first time. Before that time he had used tons of ice. Coulbourn Hall l was located on the corner of High and Market streets where present day city hall is today.
Mr. Hudson is to the left with Marion Hastings next, Marion installed the refrigeration. Next is Jimmie Clayton, Lincoln Harrington and far right is Clarence C. Clifton.
The Hudson grocery was one of the oldest in Seaford.

WayBack Wednesday in Seaford's History.....

With Spring just 16 days away and baseball with it, here is a Seaford P*e Wee game from long ago.
Wayne Milligan of the Twins tagging home before Red Sox catcher Frank Leonhartt could put the tag on him. The Twins went on to win 4-1 and won the championship.
Frank remembered that the Umpire was out of position and missed the call, what do you think?
