Tuesdays are my favorite part of the week because it's my day off, and I get to spend it doing what I love - gardening and cooking. Today, I whipped up a delicious ramp pesto with wild ramps, mustard greens, pine nuts, and organic lemon, and had it on avocado toast for lunch. I also foraged for nettles and made a healthy tea that's perfect for bones and reducing inflammation. My husband Ant drinks this tea daily and swears by it!

Making Cold Brew Green Tea is a breeze, and it's so good! Here's how: grab a half-gallon mason jar, add 3-4 scoops of green tea, and cover it with spring water. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours, strain the leaves, and mix with half a cup of organic apple juice. Serve over ice and enjoy. The best part? You can use the same leaves for another batch. Cold-brewed tea is smoother and less caffeinated than hot-brewed tea. Swing by our tea bar to try our SABA and COOL HAND LUKE green tea blends.
