This was a odd but good repair.
The client did not wish to have the plaster completely removed and redrywalled. so this was actually a simple scraping and mudding to finish. It did make quite a difference.

There was a pretty healthy leak in this ceiling. After fixing the leak I was able to repair this older apartment down town columbus.
