If you've ever come into the office unsure of what style of frame suits you, chances are Leslie provided guidance and you now have a frame(s) you couldn't live without! Leslie is our office manger, licensed optician, and practically honorary doctor 😉
Leslie says that she enjoys "working with patients and explaining their vision needs" and "styling a patient in a unique frame that looks fantastic on them". We agree that Leslie has excellent taste -she personally selects nearly all the frames you see in our office!
In her spare time, Leslie likes to spend time with her husband and 3 adult children. Some of her hobbies are cooking, gardening, and reading. 🍲🌹📚 One of our favorite fun facts about Leslie is that she is a fan of NCIS!

Say Hello/Përshëndetje to Albana! 🇦🇱 Albana performs the OCT testing (Optical Coherence Tomography) in our office, which is used to diagnose and manage diseases like diabetes-related retinopathy and glaucoma. She also takes care of many time-sensitive tasks, like sending referral letters to ophthalmologists.
Albana moved to Delaware from Albania in 2021 with her husband and two sons. She holds a Master's degree in Albanian language and literature, and is working toward her doctorate. Previously, she worked in publishing and library services, and lectured at Sofia University in Bulgaria.
Albana can speak several languages, including Italian, Spanish, and Bulgarian! When not at work, Albana enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and gardening. She loves coffee, books, studying language, and animals! ☕📖🦎

You can expect to see LeeAnn when you have your annual eye exam -she will do your pre-testing! When she's not pre-testing, LeeAnn assists with a variety of administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly 😊 She is cross-trained, so you also may see her sitting at the reception desk when Kellye is at lunch, or she could adjust your glasses!
LeeAnn graduated from Pleasant High School in 2021, and is currently working toward obtaining her Bachelor's degree. LeeAnn says, "I used to work at my family restaurant, so it seemed natural that when I branched out I was drawn to another family operated practice."
Outside of work, LeeAnn likes to read and annotate books, play video games, and spend time with her family and partner 📖🖊🎮
