One of the most important parts of a great class is having coaches who are truly present throughout the hour. 👀🏋️♂️
Not coaches sitting behind a desk or distracted by their phone, coaches actively watching movement, answering questions, helping athletes adjust, encouraging people through tough moments, and making sure everyone feels supported from warm-up to cooldown.
The best classes run smoothly because the coaches are engaged every step of the way. They’re paying attention to the details, checking in with members, helping athletes move safely and efficiently, and making adjustments when needed.
We’re grateful for coaches who show up every day ready to lead, help, and be fully present for our community. 💙

The face you make when you see someone in the room rounding their back on deadlifts... 😳😂
Keep your cores braced folks ⚙️ Or you might catch some looks like this 😅

One of the biggest keys to an efficient muscle-up is keeping the hips as close as possible to the bar or rings. ⚙️
The farther your hips drift away, the more the movement turns into a difficult pull instead of a smooth transition. Staying tight and keeping the hips close helps transfer power upward and puts you in a much stronger position to move through the turnover.
For bar muscle-ups, that aggressive hip pop combined with staying close to the bar creates a more efficient path around the bar instead of swinging far behind it.
For ring muscle-ups, keeping the rings close and bringing the hips through allows for a faster, smoother transition into the dip.
A lot of gymnastics movements aren’t just about strength, they’re about positioning, timing, and efficiency. Small adjustments in body position can completely change how the movement feels. 🔄
Strong hips. Tight positions. Efficient movement. 🚀

Growth usually hides behind the workouts you want to avoid. 🎯
It’s easy to show up on the days with movements you love. Heavy barbell days? Awesome. Your favorite gymnastics movement? Can’t wait.
But the real progress happens on the days that challenge your weaknesses. The conditioning piece you dread. The movement you struggle with. The workout that humbles you before it even starts.
If we only come in for the workouts we’re already good at, we stay comfortable, and comfortable people don’t improve.
You can’t strengthen weaknesses by avoiding them. You strengthen them by attacking them head on, learning from them, and continuing to show up even when it’s uncomfortable. ⚡
Every movement you avoid is an opportunity waiting to be improved.
Don’t cherry pick. Trust the process. Keep showing up. 🏁

One of the best things about CrossFit is that it’s made for everyone. 🌎🏋️♀️
Whether you’ve trained for years or you’re walking into a gym for the very first time, CrossFit meets you where you’re at. Every workout can be adjusted, scaled, and modified to fit your current ability level while still helping you improve over time.
The experienced athlete and the beginner can be in the same class, doing the same workout, each being challenged in their own way. That’s what makes it special. 🤝
You don’t need to “get in shape first.”
You don’t need to know every movement.
You just need the willingness to start.
From day one to year ten, the goal stays the same: become a healthier, stronger version of yourself surrounded by a community that wants to see you succeed. 💙
