We're excited to introduce you to February's Employee of the Month, Mike Baker! Mike is a Lead Extrusion Technician on our B Shift, and an absolute asset to the Delaware team. From training new employees to covering shifts on top of his own, he jumps in to help wherever he can. He consistently goes out of his way to ask questions and deepen his knowledge on products and processes. Have we mentioned he is currently at zero attendance points? We are so proud to have Mike on our team!
