Too often we assume our bodies arenโ€™t doing x because of y, but most of the time those โ€œyโ€s are the consequences of some deeper dysfunction.โฃ

Circumstances change.

Measuring nutrition on a scale of โ€œall or nothingโ€ isnโ€™t realistic and often leads to discouragement and sometimes abandoning our efforts altogether.

Life is unpredictable and ever-changing, and adaptability is our greatest strength.

By applying a mindset of adaptability to our nutrition, weโ€™ll find sustainability, which is a much more realistic and satisfying goal than perfection.

Try using a scale of:

Because when it comes to food, it wonโ€™t be โ€œbestโ€ every time and thatโ€™s ok. โ€œGoodโ€ is still a step in the right direction. A lot of repeated โ€œgoodsโ€ add up.
