GoYoga Delaware

If your body doesn’t feel the same every day, why should your workout force you to be something you’re not day after day?

A sustainable routine gives you room for life to happen without needing a complete reset.

That’s one of our favorite things about having different ways to move under one roof: you can choose what supports you today instead of forcing yourself into what worked yesterday.

Save this for when you need the reminder to listen to your body!

Join Todd and Liz on Sunday, September 20, for a special Fall Equinox practice of 108 Sun Salutations.

The fall equinox marks the transition from summer to autumn, a time when day and night are nearly equal. In yoga, this seasonal shift invites us to reflect on balance, embrace change, and release what no longer serves us as we prepare for a new season.

The practice of 108 Sun Salutations is a traditional way to honor seasonal transitions and significant moments. The number 108 holds symbolic meaning in yoga, representing wholeness, connection, and the cycles of life. Moving through the salutations together creates an opportunity for meditation in motion, intention-setting, and personal reflection.

This practice is not about perfection or completing every salutation. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and honor your body throughout the experience. Whether you complete all 108 or simply come to be part of the energy, you are welcome.

Come celebrate the changing season, find balance, and welcome fall with intention.

"How can I make it easier to show up?"

Maybe that means scheduling one class a week instead of 4.
Maybe it means choosing a class you'll actually look forward to instead of the hardest one.
Maybe it means giving yourself permission to keep it simple.

Because here's what we've learned in 15 years of teaching yoga in Columbus:
The best routine isn't the most ambitious one.
It's the one that fits your life.
Not the other way around 💙
