Added some post jacks in a crawl today to help support settling structure. The monsoon of rain we had last night made it even more fun down there!

Definitely was a reminder that I should leave these type of projects to my younger guys next time. 😂🤷🏼‍♂️😂

Tore out this carpet to reveal these wonderful hardware floors! With a little love, this wood floor will look amazing!!!

Northern Columbus is full of Cedar and mdf trim. RenoStars and the woodpeckers love it but unfortunately for our clients, they don’t 😜
Replaced these columns with a low maintenance PVC trim so the birds will have to go find our next client! 😄

A little update to this bathroom! Got rid of the tub in order to have easier/safer access to shower. Some new LVP, vanity,toilet, etc etc for some added flare 😁

Spring is getting close and we are filling up fast, give us a shout to get on the books!

Little investment property has kept us busy for the last couple weeks! On to the next property, a bath remodel and some exterior work.

Quick 2 day prime/paint and window trim out for an ol friend’s new office build out in my hometown.

Finished just in time before the snow storm arrives this weekend!!! Or will it ??? 🤣🤣
