Don Rankey has been a strong advocate for repealing and delaying the triennial property tax increase that greatly impacts Delaware County’s senior citizens. He is ensure seniors can stay in their homes amid climbing tax rates.
Keep him in office so he can keep protecting our seniors.

We’ve already made an incredible amount of progress in transforming the treasurer’s office from a county office to one that operates like an efficient business.

I recently had a chance to spend some time with Republican U.S. Senate candidate Bernie Moreno and Donald Trump Jr. Our former president, Donald Sr., has endorsed Bernie in the upcoming Republican primary on March 19. Here’s a photo of Bernie, my lovely wife Pam, myself, former Fox News personality Kimberly Guilfoyle, who is engaged to Don Jr., and Don Jr. I have endorsed Bernie in his bid for the Senate. I hope you’ll cast a vote for Bernie for Senate and for me for re-election as the Delaware County Treasurer.

Don Rankey is not the kind of treasurer who sits in his office all day. He actively meets with business leaders to be a valuable resource to the community,
Re-elect Don Rankey so he can continue working for you.

FANTASTIC turnout ….. Over 160 seniors attended the two sessions on “How to file a Board of Revision complaint workshops” sessions.
The presentations were most informative and both workshop attendees asked a ton of questions. Special thanks to Auditor Kaitsa who was a big help in answering questions. I had several attendees remark that Auditor Kaitsa and Treasurer Rankey worked seamlessly throughout both programs.
Thanks to Senator Andrew Brenner and Representative Brian Lorenz who made presentations on the current bills in the Ohio House as they pertained to dealing with the sexennial reevaluation of properties and modifying the Homestead Act to be a much better tool.
The attendees made it very clear, how this last sexennial reevaluation has been devastating, especially to the seniors here in Delaware County.
Thanks to Realtors Julie Guy-Schrienk, Velva Dunn, and Shaun Simpson who worked tirelessly with the attendees. Also, thank you to Brian Berger with Berger Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting.
A BIG thank you to the Donald E. Rankey Jr., Delaware County Treasurer staff especially Rick Karr Chief Investment Officer, Jessica Bendle Chief Deputy Treasurer and Doug Crew Chief Deputy Treasurer. GREAT JOB all of you!
