Our next One Step at a Time gathering will be Saturday, June 6th at Alum Creek State Park in Galena.
[Alum Creek is a large State Park, with lots of access roads. Please navigate to the parking area near Africa Rd. & Lewis Center Rd. Typing "The Players Course at Alum Creek" into your GPS should get you to the correct parking area.]

We'll meet in the parking lot, walk the Multi-Use Trail, then close the hike with prayer. As we hike, we will be picking up trash along the trail. We will provide trash bags, nitrile gloves, & hand sanitizer.

Pack a lunch & join us after the hike. There is a picnic area near the parking lot.

Plan to hike, rain or shine! We also have heard reports that this trail tends to be muddy - wear old shoes and/or bring an extra pair.

Armageddon, The End of the World, The Final Judgment, Apocalypse Now - whatever you want to call it has been in the news a lot lately, with some citing they are working to fulfill the prophecy in the Book of Revelation.

So, let's actually read that book to learn what is does (and doesn't say) about the end of the world or how we should be living.

To join us for this Bible Study, you will need to do three things:
1) Join the MomenToUs Discord server (https://tinyurl.com/36pezs3j)
2) Find a Bible or use BibleGateway. Ideally, using the NRSV or NSRVue translations.
3) Get hold of a print or digital copy of The Rapture Exposed: The Message of Hope in the Book of Revelation by Rev. Dr. Barbara Rossing

Our next One Step at a Time gathering will be Saturday, May 2nd (one week from today!) at Char Mar Ridge Park in Lewis Center.

We'll park in the main parking lot & walk the Glacier Ridge Trail. As we hike, we will be picking up trash along the trail. We will provide trash bags, nitrile gloves, & hand sanitizer.

Pack a lunch & join us after the hike. We will eat at one of the picnic tables near the Visitor Center if the weather cooperates!

Plan to hike, rain or shine! We can't wait to hike with you!
