For our last and final week, we have one of our favorite people, Austin Giorgio!! 🥳

Austin Giorgio is best known for his high energy, contagious personality, and ability to write and produce storytelling.

His pop-based music production is influenced by jazz and blues, and when paired with his velvet-like vocals it creates a distinctively warm sound.

He has toured across 50 cities, opened for industry giants such as John Legend, and landed in the top 90 for FM Radios Hot Adult Contemporary List. Many recognize him from his viral videos or his appearance as a Finalist on NBC's The Voice in 2018. 🤘🎙

Serial entrepreneur and author Brian Scudamore has always taken the road less traveled. DeDe McGuire, the hardest working woman in radio!

DeDe enjoys spending time with her husband Chris Allen and their family dog – Little Dak Prescott Allen.

Her talent, work ethic, and personality are the reasons why she is one of only a few women nationwide to have her very own nationally syndicated morning show – “DeDe in the Morning” on home station K104FM (Dallas).

DeDe has appeared on CNN, FOX, Oxygen, and BET and has interviewed world leaders from President Obama to Hillary Clinton, to celebrities such as Jay Z and Beyonce. She is a philanthropist, community activist, mentor, and volunteer. DeDe strives to continue being a popular media personality, strong working woman and entrepreneur.

With a mixture of silly and serious, “DeDe in the Morning” explores the day’s topics such as the latest national headlines, hip-hop culture happenings, artist news, and community events. If it’s happening in the urban/hip-hop world, she’s talking about it! Fun segments include comedy bits like the “Mad Minute,” where listeners prank-call friends and relatives, stirring them up into bleeped-out frenzies.

She has been recognized within her industry and community. Some of her accolades include the International Black Broadcasters (IBBA) Lifetime Achievement Award: winner of the Elite News Communications Award; Shades of Success Honoree; and named one of the top 25 Women in Dallas by Rolling out Magazine.

DeDe has always supported nonprofits that inspired and empowered women for success. In 2018 she launched her 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, The Dede McGuire Foundation.

The goal of the foundation is to educate minds, increase economic power and build stronger families within our communities. With the current climate of our economy, the foundation recognized the overwhelming need for services related to education, food insecurity, childcare, health, and financial help/freedom for all people. The all-new “DeDe McGuire Family Foundation” will now expand its reach to include a more diverse demographic that also includes children, men, and seniors. We understand that everyone in the family matters.

Since its inception three years ago, The Dede McGuire Foundation along with local businesses and organizations in the DFW Metroplex maximized our new vision by giving out free masks to the public to help combat the spread of COVID-19. The foundation also activated a month-long voter registration tour in Dallas and Tarrant counties that resulted in getting hundreds registered to vote in the past years elections. DeDe McGuire continues to be the hardest working woman in radio. The foundation’s new direction reinforces her passion and dedication to family and community.
