🎓✨8th Grade Graduate Spotlight: Anna O'Niel✨🎓

Congratulations to Anna O'Niel as she prepares to graduate from Delavan Christian School!

Anna's favorite DCS memory is participating in the Apple Pie Sale, a tradition that brings our school community together each year.

One of her earliest DCS memories is Donuts with Dads. 🍩

This fall, Anna plans to attend Faith Christian School.

If Anna could plan a field trip for DCS, she would choose an ice-skating adventure. ⛸️

If she could make one addition to the school, she would make the school bigger and add new lunch tables for students to enjoy.

Anna's favorite Bible verse is Psalm 46:5:
“God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day."

Congratulations to Jessa Muenkel as she celebrates her graduation from Delavan Christian School!

Jessa's favorite DCS memory is going ice skating with her class in third grade—a day filled with fun, laughter, and lasting memories. One of her favorite DCS traditions is enjoying pizza on Fridays! 🍕

After graduation, Jessa plans to attend Elkhorn Area High School.

If Jessa could plan a field trip for DCS, she would choose a trip to a trampoline park. And if she could make one addition to the school, she would build a bigger gym and an outdoor track for students to enjoy.

Jessa's favorite Bible verse is 1 Timothy 4:12:

Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

🎓✨ 8th Grade Graduate Spotlight: Adeline Berg✨🎓

Congratulations to Adeline Berg as she prepares to graduate from Delavan Christian School!

When asked about her favorite DCS memory, Adeline shared that she loved having chapel every Thursday and interacting with the younger students. Her earliest DCS memory goes all the way back to 3K and 4K, when she participated in Reading Buddies.

After graduation, Adeline plans to attend Elkhorn Area High School. If she could plan any school field trip, she would choose a day of skiing! ⛷️

🏕️📚 Classroom Spotlight: 1st Grade!📚🏕️

Our 1st graders are wrapping up the school year with a fun adventure at Camp Read-a-Lot!🌲⛺ The classroom has been transformed into a cozy indoor campground where students are reviewing their reading and math skills through exciting camp-themed activities.

As they learn, they're also taking time to explore the beauty of God's creation and reflect on His glory shown throughout nature. 🌿☀️ "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands." Psalm 19:1

What a wonderful way to celebrate a year of learning, growth, and discovering more about God's amazing world! ❤️📖✨

Yesterday and today we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. As we gather with gratitude this Memorial Day, may we also remember the unity we share through Christ — bound together in faith, hope, and love.

Every brat and hot dog sold helps the DCS 8th graders raise funds for their class trip to Minneapolis — so grab a bite, bring a friend, and help support an unforgettable experience for these students!
