The owners of Lake Geneva waterside restaurant Oakfire want to build a supper club in a grove of trees along County Road H (AKA old Highway 120 or the road which becomes Sheridan Springs Road) but they need city council’s approval to build a driveway on the land they own.
Council decided to postpone the vote for two weeks because they wanted to see more documents from the owners about how the intersection would look after they build.
The map below shows where the Swan Creek Supper Club driveway would go. Look among the trees on the left-hand side.

Made a stop at Duesterbeck's Brewing Company near Elkhorn because you can now find one of their beers inside American Family Field during Brewers games!
If you don't know, this is a brewery built on a family farm which dates back more than 150 years. The brewery launched in 2019 as a way to keep the farm profitable so the Duesterbeck heirs would not have to sell it.
