Hey! Well summer is off to a banger start and I've decided to take the rest of June off.

Keep your eyes peeled, we may do a pizza date here or there. And you'll definitely see me meandering through the Market!

Thursday Pickup is on until 7 pm!

Just an update on this summer, I won't regularly be at the Market. I will continue baking weekly for Farm Pickup and occasionally pack up the trailer and head downtown.

My husband (we celebrated 19 years yesterday!) is taking a Sabbatical this summer. So I guess I am too. 🤣 Or at least "taking it easy". We'll be hanging out with the kids, without much of a schedule. 🙌 Not too many more summers we'll get to do this.

All that being said, there is NO Bake Day next week, June 4. The next Bake Day will be June 11. I've already had requests for Featured Breads, but keep them coming! Comment, DM or send an email to [email protected] with anything you'd like to see on the Menu!

Smoked Gouda & Scallion is the Featured Sourdough flavor and Ciabatta is making another appearance!

Hot Honey & Asiago and it's friends are on the cart for pickup until 7 pm!

I was so worried about having an ample supply of Asiago that I forgot about having enough Hot Honey. I ended up making a portion and it was ridiculously easy. So, if you got a loaf tonight and you think it could be a little hotter, I can do that next time! I'll post in comments the link in case you'd like to make your own!

If you didn't get to order this week, I do have one extra Full ($12) and 1 Half Loaf ($7) for pickup tonight or tomorrow.

What a week it has been...and it's only Monday!
Thank you so much for your support this weekend. I've been non stop since last Wednesday and finally sitting down to appreciate it all!

Last week's Bake Day filled up in just a few hours. It was like Covid Days! I had to sit and watch the spreadsheet to make sure I didn't take too many. But was able to clear the waitlist too!

Friday we dusted off the Pizza Oven for Tibbetspalooza. All the families were so welcoming and patient with us, we can't thank you enough for a wonderful experience!

Then straight to Terra Barn Sunday Curated Farmers Market Series . It's always such a great vibe there, I love these Markets! The last of Ramp & Cheddar were scooped up in no time. I also had more fun with Challah braiding and some pastries.

Personally, I can't wait for the Apricot Lavender Scrolls. I haven't made them since last summer! I use Creek Farm LLC for the Lavender. You can also pickup your own supply at their booth inside the barn.
