Our Dietary Department prepared an exceptional Easter meal for the residents.

The menu included cranberry glazed ham, sweet potato souffle, candied green beans, cheddar biscuits, peeps fruit salad, swirl cheesecake, and Easter punch.

Everyone enjoyed the meal, which was deemed outstanding.

This week, residents enjoyed a lively Mardi Gras celebration! They indulged in delicious paczkis, crafted colorful masks, and participated in entertaining games.

The residents thoroughly enjoyed celebrating Valentine's Day last week. ♥

They had the opportunity to select their meal of the month, which was themed around this special occasion. Their choice included beef tips in a burgundy wine sauce, potato wedges, green beans with cranberries, a dinner roll, and key lime pie. The Dietary Department prepared a delightful surprise, featuring a garnish plate with heart-shaped cheese, raspberries, and a Hershey Kiss.

An entertaining game of Granny Pants Yard Game was played indoors, resulting in much laughter. Alongside the delicious food and enjoyable games, residents took pleasure in capturing moments around a heart-shaped decoration. Additionally, special cookies were generously donated by a staff member from Bite Me Bakery by Paige.

We received a monthly visit from the 4H Club Harvesters. Together, club members and residents created heart-shaped crafts featuring various animals. Residents take pride in displaying their artwork on their doors. ♥🐻🎨

Thank you to RN/CRC Nicole for bringing your goats, Kristoff and Elsa, in to visit our residents!

We had a "Souper" Bowl party! Staff contributed the soups and cheddar biscuits, which were all delicious! 🍲🧀
