For those of you who have never participated in our Walk Across Texas program, we would like to invite you to join us by creating a team! "What if I don't walk for exercise?" We've thought of that as well!

We've created a conversion chart for other aerobic activity, so you can reference whether you are using minutes or miles to gauge your physical activity in a workout.
