Beautiful snapshots for your humble abode and gorgeous designs for your unforgettable moments. It's a talent in 'updated' form I picked up from my mother.

I have done Graphics Design since 2006 and even before that, dabbling in it as a teenager, making simplistic birth announcements for my niece, flyers, picture restoration, etc -- as far back as 1998 (at 13 years old). Even when I was younger than that, the Mahjong game we had for DOS allowed you to create designs for your own tiles. When I figured out I could do that; I spent all my time create pixel designs for the game. This is truly something I enjoy doing.

Things to know beforehand:
- You must have valid, government issued photo ID. It cannot be expired.
- Documents must be signed in front of a notary, they cannot be pre-signed.
- I cannot by law write/type up a document for you. You must have documents ready, unsigned.
- I cannot be a witness and a notary. You must supply your own witnesses, unless we have spoken prior and I’ve agreed to supply witness(es) at extra cost.
- If I travel to you and I am unable to complete notarization due to any of the reasons above, you will still be charged a travel fee.
