On this day in 2023, Mayor Al Arreola proclaimed April 29th, Cumbia de la Flor Fest Day in Del Rio, Texas. Cumbia de la Flor Fest honors and celebrates the life and legacy of Selena Quintanilla-Perez and the impact she has had on our community and throughout the world.

Con Tanto Amor is open to the public until April 28th here in Del Rio, Texas and is completely FREE! ✨ featuring never before seen photos of Selena’s fashion show by Al Rendon, amazing sketches by Martin Gomez, and two recreated outfits by Gio Gonzalez.

What an incredible opening night celebrating Selena, her iconic style, and the legacy she left behind. The energy in the room, the love from the community, and the moments we all got to share made this one for the books.

From exclusive photos you won’t see anywhere else by Al Rendon to an amazing Q&A with Martin Gomez sharing behind-the-scenes stories, this exhibit truly came to life in the most awesome way. 🌹

Thank you to everyone who came out and made opening night so special, we felt the love all night long 💫 If you haven’t experienced it yet… trust us, you don’t want to miss it. Con Tanto Amor will be up until April 28, 2026 at the Del Rio Council for the Arts!
