We have 2 Briskets 🐂 in the cabinet smoker for a customer tomorrow and smoking with Mesquite/Pecan chips from Medrano’s Firewood 🔥. Looks like I'll actually be getting some sleep tonight. But every cook that we do is a blessing 🙏 for our Customers and for our Family. Thank you Del Rio and the surrounding area for entrusting us to create a memorable meal for y'all.

Back in the office for another all night cook. This time we're catering 🍽️ for the Queen City Belles Banquet 👑. We're rolling smoke 💨 at 250° with seasoned mesquite from Medrano’s Firewood 🪵 and dry rubbed with our MFC Rub. I'll sleep after the event....thank God for coffee ☕

This Saturday May 9th we will be joining other markets downtown as vendors set up for Mothers Day. Come stop by as we have two vendors on our patio Martinez Family Catering and Birria Tex for our Pop-Up on the Patio- Mother’s Day Edition.

(We are looking for one more maybe two vendors if they fit who makes items such as jewelry or crafting. The spot is free so inbox me for more details.)
