People think that creativity is about the paints, the canvas, the paper all over the floor, sketches and color. When you buy a person's art whether it's a meal at a special resturant or a sticker or admire a painting, it's beyond your five senses.

Creativity is inherently sewed into our vibe. Our frequency comes with us and arrives to fill the room beyond the five senses. Frequency work, inner work, and personal growth cannot be seperated from the creative process.

This month, I'm guiding a series to focus on creative expression maturity. Often times the inner artist is a timestamp of someone who we were. Othertimes we're creatively blocked, not by our present day selves, but by a younger version of ourselves who was told 'no, you're not good at that'.

Releasing those timestamps to work through what keeps you in immaturity about the life you're co-creating is a necessary and gratifying part of growing up, taking ownership of your life. You are the authority on your life. You're the one with the paintbrush and the hands to create what you want.

Join me this month and hold your vibration eternally as guided meditation, high frequency wisdom and hands on projects inspire you to step into owning it. It's $195 and an investment you'll make in evolution.

PS. If you're thinking about coming to Colombia with me, you get one free month of HYVE. Could this be it?

Daniela Garcia Allie The frequency work, HYFI Frequency or HyFrequency work offered by Ms. Garcia Allie is incredibly powerful multidimensional energetic work — and it requires your active participation, strong self-awareness, and a high level of personal accountability. small actions repeated create complex 'visionary' masterpieces of life and light. last night we got together in green bay for the sacred sunday galactic heart party and it wasn't a time of bypassing, but of diving into the physical experience, like moving through stuck energy in the body because the release feels so good.

that's how the joy comes in. not through pretending. joy is the courage to choose something other than a dense state. small moments add up to joyful ones, it's not all at once but no action is seperate from the other.

coming together in community means time to settle in, connect with others or even just being in the presence of others. the more hearts that come online, come alive, the more we all benefit.

love radiates to everyone who joined, may you walk your day with higher light of the galactic heart, knowing your magic has been cultivated through the little actions. hearts!

see you next time (our last in person wi gathering) oct 18th in sturgeon bay.

also, i felt like using all little letters today. this is my stream of consciousness share, without filters, without edits, without caps.

The practice of HYFI is a journey; we're alchemists processing and creating! Today's new HYFI meditation will help those who feel they've taken on the weight of the world or the energy of others.
Use your gifts to support your world, but remember to clear out the stuff that doesn't belong to you and return to center.

This 20 minute HYFI meditation will guide you there!

Why would we miss an opportunity to celebrate every day?
We all do it, and it's because it's easier to be distracted by the heavier, lower vibrations of life. As humans we live in a state of natural negativity bias! But as we shift our consciousness and our 'vision' of life changes and we become more free and heart centered, we realize that we can exercise joy as a medicine that can feed us!

This month's Sacred Sunday is September 27th at 6PM CST at the Holistic Therapy and live streamed online.

A 90 minute party to expand the galactic heart. To release resentment, to bring what you want to release and lean into a light, healthy expanded flow state.

(I'm being strongly guided to really expand joy for this ceremony and I cannot wait for all of us to be together!) $25 for in person and $15 for live streamed event.
