✅ First United Grid League experience in the books
I made some mistakes, missed my last sn**ch 😤 and watch the end of my handstand pushups where the box starts to tip over 🙈 but overall I think I did alright for my first time on the grid.
It’s always good to get out of my comfort zone, try new things and get to be part of new communities. My team SOUTH BEACH PALMS 🌴 is amazing bringing me in and helping me learn the rules of the sport.
So fun to be out here with Mikail Jenkins we always seem to find away to try new things together 😏
Now let’s get back home and keep getting ready for the games 😈

I saw these on Chelsea McKinney ‘s page and had to try them out! Of course securing the bar to the rig with Versa Hook for all my gymnastics drills!
If you want to get over you have to really commit to flipping your hands in the turnover and pushing your head through. So this makes these great for learning how to be more aggressive in your bar muscle up turnover.
If you are struggling, try starting out with a foam roller Russian push-up. They can help you feel the rhythm of how to turn over.

We’ve been working on this position during the cycle of my gymnastics program, building a strong hollow body that will improve all of your gymnastics and barbell movements.
This isn’t the most exciting thing to work on, but it carries over and you will see progress so quickly as your core strength and stability improves!
