Being a modern, successful woman is complicated: We’ve stepped up to the plate and become purposeful, creative, and unique. We’ve put ourselves out there – birthed and raised children, shared our talents with the world. In doing so, we’ve had to take on more masculine energies/qualities. We’ve denied ourselves by trying to be all things to everyone and forgetting our own needs. We often find ourselves exhausted, depleted, yearning for rest and quiet – to take a walk in the woods and look up at the clouds. We all, all of us - personally and globally - hunger for a deeper sense of peace and satisfaction, one that’s more internal, natural and feminine. “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. Our programs and services reflect and strengthen the active proclamation that women (and all people) are a spark of the divine and that we ourselves are the best determinants of what is meaningful to us, what is scared, what is moral, what is beautiful, what works and what doesn’t when it comes to our health and wellbeing. When we learn to trust our intuition and to connect with self, other and the world, we become powerful in ways that nothing imposed on us by others could ever be.
