A new book, "Mother Brook and the Mills of East Dedham," is now available! It focuses on the lives of the workers in the East Dedham textile mills, their working conditions, where they lived, what kind of social organizations they formed, and how they were viewed by the rest of the town. There are 75 b & w illustrations, along with beautiful color photographs of Mother Brook today by David Bryant. The book can be purchased at the Dedham Museum & Archives and The Blue Bunny, Books and Toys and online at Silver Street Media and Amazon.

50 years!
On December 3rd, Santa and Mrs Claus will kick off the golden anniversary of one of our favorite Dedham traditions. They arrive at 121 Garfield Road, via Dedham fire truck, at 3PM. All are invited. See you there.
