Just a quick reminder that North Adams Food Service will be offering FREE meals all through June! With groceries often costing more during the summer, it’s a great time to take advantage of the resources available in our county.

North Adams Food Service will be serving free breakfasts and lunches throughout the Month of June. Additionally, on Friday there will be grab and go meals available for Saturdays breakfast/lunch and Sundays breakfast/lunch. Children will need to be present to pick these up. Check out the information below for more details!

🥄 Baby Feeding Tip: Try Pre-Loaded Spoons. Let your baby self-feed with a spoon early on!

👶 Offering a pre-loaded spoon (you load it, baby brings it to their mouth) helps:
• develop fine motor skills
• improve hand-eye coordination
• encourage independence
• make mealtimes more engaging

🍽️ Babies love being part of the process — and self-feeding builds confidence from the start.

Expect mess (it’s part of learning!), but those little grabs lead to big skills.
