South Brook Alabama

Exciting update! Yesterday morning we celebrated the official groundbreaking of South Brook, North Alabama’s newest neighborhood. At this unique moment, we came together to celebrate the significant milestone, honor every individual and group who has helped make South Brook possible, and make exciting announcements about the South Brook Builders Guild: Built by Bryan, DH Morris Homes, Rochford Realty & Construction, and Storyline Homes. Each builder brings a unique perspective and a shared commitment to creating homes and a neighborhood designed to stand the test of time.

And now, there’s a new place to follow along.
Explore the newly launched South Brook website, https://southbrookal.com, to learn more about the community, meet our builder partners and stay up to date as available homes and future opportunities are announced.
