The parasympathetic nervous system is your body’s natural system that promotes relaxation and regulation.
But sometimes the system has interference and needs to get rebooted.
This is where Upper Cervical Chiropractic comes into play. I focus on helping your nervous system turn back on so your body can heal itself! Our bodies were created in such a beautiful way and I work with it instead of against it!
You DESERVE to feel valued and respected from the very beginning of your care! That is why I run patient focused practice! I value you and your healthcare journey and that requires me to be hand on!
I respond to every email, every DM, every message because you deserve a practitioner that respects you enough to not have you talk to an AI automated response.

Sometimes when we get started on our wellness health journey we can get overwhelmed with needing all the new gadgets or “must have devices”.
And honestly that can be exhausting and not effective!
The best thing you can do is invest in someone that is walking alongside of you in your health journey and giving you tools along the way!
You don’t need another device you need someone that will help your body heal itself! This is my mission as an upper cervical chiropractor!
You don’t need a vibration plate. Go on a walk!
You don’t need red light therapy. Go outside!
You don’t need electrolyte packets. Drink some coconut water with some mineralized salt!
Invest in yourself. Invest in a regulated nervous system. Invest in a holistic health system that is rooting for you to be rooted and flourishing!
One thing that I find the most helpful is to take some time every week to check in with my body and my nervous system. An easy way of doing this is by having the same three prompts I can return to every week.
• What are three things in my control?
• What is one thing I need to surrender my grip on?
• What habits support my nervous system?
Journaling and Chiropractic are two habits I prioritize in my week to have a regulated nervous system! I hope you can spend sometime this Saturday to Journal and help regulate your nervous system!

Here are few things I’m prioritizing this spring/summer!
If you know me you KNOW how much I THRIVE in the warmer months! I truly think the new year was meant to start in the spring not in January when we are in the middle of hibernation!
What are your favorite spring/summer activities that help you appreciate the world around you?

We’ve been taught to measure success by productivity, hustle, numbers, achievements, and how much we can carry.
But what if the real measure of success is this:
• feeling present in your own life
• being able to have the capacity to dream
• responding calmly instead of reacting to stressors
• truly enjoying life instead of rushing to get through it
A regulated nervous system changes the way you experience everything.
Because success doesn’t mean much if your body is stuck in survival mode the whole time!

Healing isn’t just about you.
It happens within you but also between you and others.
We spend so much time trying to “fix” ourselves and regulate our nervous systems, but generosity is part of the equation too. When you give your time, presence, or care, your body responds supporting things like sleep, blood pressure, and overall health.
You’re wired for connection
and sometimes healing looks like giving
Spring cleaning… but for your nervous system.
Not just closets and cabinets but the inputs your brain is processing every day.
Because your nervous system doesn’t just respond to stress… it responds to everything it sees, hears, and has to manage.
Cluttered space
Constant noise
Unfinished tasks
That’s all input.
And more input = more work for your brain.
So if you’ve been feeling on edge, overwhelmed, or like you can’t fully settle it might not just be internal.
Start here:
Clear one surface.
Reduce one source of noise.
Create one space your body can exhale in.
At the upper cervical level, we focus on restoring clear communication between brain + body.
But your environment: That’s shaping the signals your system is responding to all day long.
Spring clean your space and support your nervous system!
One small reset at a time!
Sometimes we can feel lost due to our minds being out of sync with your bodies. This workshop will give you the tools to help get your mind and body talking again!
It will give you the tools to make a plan for your future!
