Amaro Highlight – Montantari Amaro

A little look ahead to one of the bottles we’re so excited to highlight during Industry Night next week.

We’ll be pouring this Montanari Amaro from OLDKNOW Bev Co, a bright, botanically driven amaro made right here in Georgia.

Our Beverage Director Matt especially loves the juniper and chamomile notes – fresh, herbaceous, and just a little transportive. The kind of sip that makes you want to be somewhere high up in the mountains.

Our friends at .atl and have partnered with us to collect and recycle every oyster shell used in-house — returning them to their coastal home to help rebuild intertidal reef structures, support marine habitats, and protect shorelines from erosion.

Simply put: the more oysters we enjoy and recycle together, the more we can give back to the waters they came from.
