These are exciting times at Southern Heights Investments, and 2020 was particularly rewarding as we achieved so many positive results and embarked on new ventures in the face of numerous headwinds surrounding the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic.
We continued to reinforce and upgrade the quality of our portfolio, doubled down on our commitment to investing in new ventures, continued educating the masses about the markets and strengthened the balance sheet.
All told, our efforts resulted in a 49.8 percent return to our shareholders, including dividend reinvestment,
in 2020. We’re excited to see what 2021 holds!

Now more than ever we need to positioned to better serve our clients as we all look to brave the new world. We’re thrilled and excited to announce the acquisition of Axis Management, an Atlanta-based consulting firm, bringing them into the fold.
The company will operate under the new name, Southern Heights Consultants.
The cash purchase of the management and consulting firm fits handedly into our strategy of being all in and available for those within our portfolio and beyond. With a team of experienced professionals and collaborative efforts with most consulting projects, Southern Heights Consultants will be able to offer a better catered service than many of its competitors.

Our team had the privilege of serving as mentors for Georgia Southern’s 3-Day Startup Competition. In what was a weekend centered around students across all majors, we aided in the many steps amidst the startup process from ideation, to customer discovery, all the way to final pitches. As always, we’re grateful to be apart of such an amazing weekend, changing the future of entrepreneurship for the better! Until next year!
