CIGS Rebels Softball Team - 12U

Hello central Illinois girls softball fans. For all of you who have been asking about the CIGS program, unfortunately it has dissolved. After 30 years, the last competitive teams have finished their seasons and there are no longer any teams left in the organization.

Rebels 12U wins first tournament of the season and qualifies for ASA Nationals. Season is just getting under way and the Rebels are showing they are contenders in any tournament. Great work Ladies and congratulations!

First tournament of the season starts this Friday night in Peoria at the Avanti's dome. Looking forward to a strong season with a great group of girls and a great group of parents and coaches. Let's bring down the dome!

Thanks to all of the volunteers and players for participating in our 2016 tryouts, they were a huge success. We have added 2 new members to the team and are glad to have them on board. We still have one spot open for a pitcher, so if you are interested in pitching for us, or know someone who would be interested, message us on Facebook.

Rebels 12U tryouts rescheduled for this Saturday. Please share!

We have confirmed a rescheduled tryout date and time for this Saturday, August 15, from 4:30 to 8:00 pm, with registration starting at 4:00 pm. Each participant will need to attend the full tryout even if she is thinking of trying out for pitching only. All of our pitchers and players play multiple positions. Hope to see you all there. Tryouts for today have been cancelled. We are tentatively looking to reschedule for Saturday, August 15th from 4:30 to 8:00 pm. We will post as soon as it is confirmed.
