This year, our Grant Team allocated $1,000 to Sunshine Supplies for Teachers, NFP to make Care Bags for teachers to provide for students in need. They included various personal hygiene products, such as shampoo and toothbrushes. We're very grateful for this opportunity to help our community! ☀️🪥

📣Meet YLIA's new president for the 2026-2027 school year. Serving on the Engagement and Grant Teams, Helena spent her first year with YLIA completing over 40 hours of service.

Helena has a quiet leadership style that allows her to easily connect to our membership through empathy, patience, and humility. Her secret sauce is her incredible ability to lead by example and empower others to step out of their comfort zone. Always full of smiles and positive energy, there is no doubt that YLIA will be in great hands. 📣
