Almond Raspberry cake for you all this weekend! I’ve made it twice before and somehow always run out of time even I’ve planned to make it for more markets.
There is one more weekend of markets before Michael and I will travel to Estonia to celebrate some important birthdays. We’ll miss two weekends (June 27/28 and July 4/5) of markets and our online shop will close for the time of our travels as well.
I highly recommend placing your orders for next weekend now. Especially if you’d like to be prepared and stock up with breads. Order: EstoEtno.com/shop

We have some buckwheat banana chocolate Bundt cakes; I wish you could smell them while they’re baking and taste straight out of oven! Dark chocolate and banana combination is super aromatic and flavorful without being overly sweet, and many customers comment the lovely texture of this little bundt cake😊. Is gluten free as well, if that’s important.
Tomorrow we’ll see you at from 10-1pm
Hopefully you’ll have time for a hike in the woods or stroll in the neighborhood. Nature is offering something new every day. I love spring for the anticipation of beautiful changes happening daily… leaves are uncurling, tiny buds developing into breathtakingly striking blossoms, the humble beauty of flowering weeds if you let them be… Lots to see and it’s overwhelmingly good news 😍. Lastly, I could resist sharing my newest Iris in bloom😊.
Have a lovely weekend!
