Nuestras Raíces Zacatecanas is proud to offer a scholarship opportunity for graduating high school seniors who will be attending college in Fall 2026.

✨We are thrilled to share that our Ballet Folklórico de los Abuelitos Unidos del Condado de Wise will have the honor of performing at the beautiful, cultural, and historic Teatro Hinojosa in Jerez, Zacatecas! 🇲🇽🌻

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to President Rodrigo Ureño H. Ayuntamiento de Jerez for his kind invitation and for allowing us to be part of such a meaningful celebration. We are incredibly excited and honored to participate in Semana del Migrante, an event that recognizes and celebrates the contributions, sacrifices, and enduring connections of migrants and their families.

We look forward to sharing our love for Mexican culture, traditions, and folkloric dance with the community. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity.

Today, we want to express our sincere gratitude to Chief of Police Delvon Campbell for listening to the voices of our community and for taking the initiative to remove the proposed action item that would have brought the Police Department into an agreement with ICE.
Thank you for your heart, your understanding, and your willingness to listen. Our community is truly blessed to have a leader like you.

We also want to thank everyone who showed up at the City Hall meeting and made their voices heard. Your presence and engagement demonstrate the strength and unity of our community. A special thank you to our City Council members for their service and commitment to Decatur.

We are Decatur, and I couldn't be prouder to be part of this incredible community.
