Trees Over Georgia, LLC

We are seeking an experienced rope operator/tree worker/ground laborer to assist our tree crew. Experience using a chainsaw and operating ropes for climbers are necessary functions of this job. A driver's license is necessary.

Duties would include, but not limited to:

- Chipper operation
- Running ropes and tying knots for climbers
- Chainsaw operation
- Driving work trucks as needed.
- Clean gutters (As needed)
- Planting trees
- Knowledge of erecting fences and putting back together
- Cleaning up debris using rakes and shovels
- Experience working with a tree or landscape company
- Ability to listen and follow direction
- Wants to learn and passionate about tree care industry
- A positive attitude
- Must be punctual!!

This job is labor intensive and requires a fit person who can work hard, but efficiently and effectively utilizing the tools and equipment provided.

We are a small family owned business and have been operating for 20 years. We are BBB accredited and members of the ISA & GAA. GL and WC insured.

Here we plant again! Two trees yesterday. Giving back to Rutledge Park in Decatur, and another planting in Atlanta. Planting trees is fun!

Trees Over Georgia partnered with Alyamani Development & Construction and planted a total of (8) oak trees at the Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur. We planted (3) Red Oaks, (3) Nuttall Oaks & (2) Willow Oaks all with a DBH of 2" at the time of planting. To give an idea of how large a root ball of a tree that is 2" diameter, they weigh roughly 400 lbs each!!
