.jo opened its doors to customers today ❤️ What a joy it was to see it filled with people finally, eating our food, gathering. I think the enormity of it all hasn’t quite set it, but we are underway thanks in huge part to my partner and best husband ever 🙏 Now I’m going to bed and we do it all again tomorrow! Scenes from a meeting….with a beautiful late-season mimosa arrangement to crown it. Getting into the groove of my baking with lots of bits and bobs (pickles) to make everything sing.

🌞 Breakfast my way....protein packed with a little bit of green (and some pistachio honey babka on the side 😂) Beetroot muhammara, Greek yogurt, dressed arugula, quinoa, avocado, grilled halloumi, eggs, and pistachio dukkah.
