We are NOT responsible for lost goods in the mail. Please make sure you provide accurate mailing information to receive your shipment! If you would like to add insurance or signature upon delivery it is possible for an additional fee. You will need to request this service prior to paying your invoice.

4. Refunds are ONLY issued for damaged goods reported within 7 calendar days of shipment delivery. Please take a photo of the damaged item(s) and send it to Lisa Simpson via Facebook messenger. LOST GOODS SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE by calling 1-800-275-8777.

5. Shipping is increasing effective September 1, 2021 from $5.00 flat rate. If the weight exceeds $5.00 your shipping will go up. Shipments of Zi pieces is a flate rate of $8.75.

6. All Free prizes will require shipping and handling to be paid by the recipient.
